Our latest lookbook steps into the shadows with dark and moody bedrooms that use rich colour palettes to create a sense of tranquility.
Making a dramatic departure from more minimalist bedrooms with light-toned interiors, these bedrooms embrace dark colours to form restful sanctuaries.
Many use a mix of materials to add depth and warmth to the moody interiors, including stained timbers, plush textiles and tactile plaster.
This is the latest in our lookbooks series, which provides visual inspiration from Dezeen’s archive. For more inspiration, see previous lookbooks featuring transparent bathrooms, light-filled homes extensions in London and eclectic pizzerias.
